Anse Mitan, Martinique

This is the ferry dock at Anse Mitan. You can use it as a Dinghy dock on the side which the ferry is NOT using :-)

The anchorage is in the background. In the Doyle cruising handbook a marina dock is mentioned but it is destroyed since some years. So to clear in you have to use the Dinghy or walk to the Marina near by.

The supermarket in the marina is extremly "basic" and people in the marina seem to be bored and uninterested.

A house in creolic style. They look nice and colorful. Near by there is a fruit store which is well sorted and has good salads and spices.

A typical palmtree for this area.

The anchorage as seen from the beach.

Two monsters have been spotted on this beach recently:

We are sad that Mike and Uli left us this evening since we had a great time with them.
