Menue of the day : FISH


We caught 3 Mahi Mahi in 30 Minutes.This one will be converted into an indian fish curry. Good that we have all the indian spices with us!
The 4th Mahi Mahi was on the hook but since it was less than 40cm it went back in again.Sky is blue and so is our sail and the canvas on the boat and Lanis eyes.So we are truly bluewater sailing!

Solar Panel and Controller added

This is a Kyocera 210Wp solar panel. It is now mounted on the davits of Linocat. Currently the mount is build in away that it is not adjustable. Also after havin this panel now for one year and due to experience from Rudolf and Gabriele on the Lagoon "Sunways" we decided to go for another 2 :-) But lets look at the installation now. The thick bar that connects the davits is an add on from there the solar panel is mounted. The cables are then running into the davit itself. By the way since they are open there IS acutally water inside them sicne there is no hole at the bottom to let it out again. To the left the davits are bolted to the boat. Right in the middle of this 4 screws we drileld a hole and routed the cable through after the water came out. This Votronic 225MPP solar regulator was then connected. 3000km with the Triumph 1200 XE

 Gestern erreichte ich 3000km mit der 1200 XE, sie ist also nun quasi "gut eingefahren". Das Mopped macht mir Spass, ist kein Leichtgewicht, weil eben alles aus Metall ist, was nach Metall aussieht und mein Po schmerzt mir erst nach ca 3h.  Ich habe das Bluetooth-Modul nachruesten lassen und verwende es zusammen mit den SENA Komponenten in meinem Helm. Manchmal ist es etwas nervig, bis man alle Devices in der richtigen Reihenfolge gekoppelt hat. Aktuell verwende ich den Schuberth C5 und das neue Sena SC2 direkt mit dem Galaxy S22 gekoppelt. Damit umgehe ich das BT Modul der Scrambler, werde das aber wieder umstellen. Die 3000km waren unspektakulär, lediglich die Batterie des Moppeds machte bereits schlapp. Selbst ein überbrücken war nicht möglich, da die defekte Batterie hier dazwischenfunkte.
